APPLICATION
Applications include handling equipment, mobile power supplies, work sites, stage and audio visual equipment, port areas and dams. Also for use in drainage and water treatment, cold environments and severe industrial environments
CONSTRUCTION
• Conductor: Plain annealed copper wire class 5 to BS EN 60228
• Insulation EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) Type EI4 to BS7655
• Sheath PCP (Polychloroprene) Type EM2 to BS7655
CHARACTERISTICS
Ⅰ. Reliable Electrical Structure and Stable Power Transmission Performance
The H07RN-F 450/750V flexible rubber cable is manufactured with high-purity Class 5 flexible stranded copper conductors, providing excellent electrical conductivity, flexibility and mechanical strength. Combined with high-performance EPR insulation, the cable delivers stable dielectric properties and reliable electrical performance under continuous operating conditions. Its flexible conductor construction withstands frequent bending, twisting and dragging, ensuring safe, dependable and uninterrupted power transmission for portable electrical equipment in both indoor and outdoor applications.
Ⅱ. Multi-Resistant CPE Sheath for Harsh Working Environments
The cable is protected by a durable CPE outer sheath that provides excellent resistance to industrial oils, grease, mechanical abrasion and impact. It also offers outstanding resistance to ozone, ultraviolet radiation and weathering, maintaining its mechanical integrity during prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture and changing environmental conditions. The robust sheath effectively resists cracking, aging and surface deterioration, making the cable ideal for demanding industrial workshops, construction sites and other harsh operating environments.
Ⅲ. Wide Temperature Range and Versatile Industrial Applications
Designed for operating temperatures from -25°C to +60°C, H07RN-F maintains excellent flexibility, mechanical durability and stable electrical performance under both low-temperature and normal operating conditions. Its heavy-duty construction makes it suitable for extension leads, handheld power tools, portable industrial machinery, generators, construction equipment and temporary power installations.
