APPLICATION

These cables are meant for general usage in domestic areas,kitchens,offices and to feed portable devices submitted to weak mechanical stresses,exhaust fans, kitchen appliances,irons for welding,toasters and many other appliances and purposes.Unsuitable for permanent outdoor use,underground,for applications in industrial workshops or for supplying other than domestic electric tools.

CHARACTERISTICS

Ⅰ. Flexible Rubber Structure & Superior Repeated Bending Property

H05RR-F is a lightweight flexible rubber cable built with natural rubber insulation and matching natural rubber outer sheath. The whole cable adopts finely stranded flexible conductor design, paired with soft rubber inner and outer layers, delivering outstanding pliability and elasticity. It can withstand repeated bending, winding, folding and coiling without cracking insulation or breaking conductors, perfectly adapting to frequent dynamic movement of portable electrical connections.

Ⅱ. Moderate Abrasion Resistance & General Weather Resistance

The natural rubber sheath provides basic resistance against mild surface abrasion caused by light friction and contact with smooth surfaces. It also bears good tolerance to normal ambient weather conditions including regular temperature fluctuations, dry air and short-term sunlight exposure, which qualifies it for ordinary indoor fixed wiring and short-time temporary outdoor wiring work without severe environmental erosion.

Ⅲ. Weak Oil & Chemical Resistance with Clear Usage Limitations

This cable series has no special oil-resistant formula in its rubber compound, so it cannot sustain long-term contact with lubricating grease, hydraulic oil, machine fuel or various workshop chemical splashes. Prolonged exposure to oily substances will cause sheath swelling, softening, degradation and insulation failure, thus it is strictly not recommended for machinery processing workshops, auto repair stations and other oily working environments.

Ⅳ. Wide Application for Light-Duty Portable Electrical Equipment

Suitable as flexible connecting cords for a full range of small household electrical appliances, including electric fans, small kitchen gadgets and power adapters. It also serves as power leads for low-power handheld work lamps and various general light-duty portable electrical tools, covering daily indoor temporary power connection scenarios for civilian and light commercial use.
